Questions We Hear Before Every Booking
Grouped roughly by when they come up — the stuff people wonder about beforehand, and the stuff that only matters once someone's actually scheduling.
Getting Started
Q1Is an indoor number really trustworthy?
That's the first question almost everyone asks, fairly. Short answer: we run outdoor validation checks against the same clubs on a regular cadence specifically to keep the bay honest, and most clients find their carry numbers land within a handful of yards of what they already know from the course.
Q2What should I have with me?
Bring whatever's currently in your bag for the category you're testing, the shoes you actually wear when you play, and a rough sense of where your scores usually land. None of that needs to be exact.
Q3Can lefties get fit here?
Yes, without any workaround. Left-handed heads are stocked across every category on the demo wall, and the tracking system doesn't care which way you're facing.
Q4My clubs feel fine — is there still a reason to come in?
Plenty of clients aren't shopping at all — they just want confirmation that what they're currently playing actually fits, or want a lie-angle check on clubs they have no intention of replacing. That's a completely normal reason to book.
Q5Does the bay stay open through the worst of summer?
All year, and honestly it's our busiest stretch. The room sits at a fixed 72°F no matter what the thermometer outside says, which is more or less the entire point of building this indoors in the first place.
Q6How far do people typically drive to get here?
We're just off Baseline Road, and a good share of our bookings come from Gilbert, Chandler, and Tempe in addition to Mesa itself — it's a manageable trip from most of the East Valley.
Cost & Logistics
Q7How much time should I block off?
Plan on roughly an hour for a single club. A full set of irons tends to run closer to ninety minutes, and a start-to-finish bag session can stretch to two or three hours depending on how much ground we're covering.
Q8Do I have to order clubs afterward?
Not at all. There's zero obligation, and you walk away with your printed numbers regardless. If you do decide to build later, whatever you paid for the session comes straight off the total.
Q9Once I order, how long is the wait?
Usually about a week. Everything's built in-house from parts we keep on hand, so we're not waiting on an outside supplier to ship components before we can start.
Q10What if something feels off after I pick up new clubs?
Bring them back within three weeks and any lie, loft, or length tweak is on us while your swing adjusts to the new specs.
Q11Can I have you test a club I already own?
Sure — either as a quick standalone check or folded into a larger session, whichever makes more sense for what you're trying to find out.
